Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply in addition to standard shipping costs. These charges depend on your country, order value, and local regulations.

ROEWS ships under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Your shipping provider may contact you once your items arrive at customs. We recommend checking their websites for specific details.

Order Processing

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping fees depend on destination and order weight, and are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is offered on orders over:

EU: Approximately 3–7 business days, depending on destination

Non-EU: Varies by shipping partner; exact delivery times will be shown at checkout

Unclaimed Packages & Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is not collected from the designated pick-up point or is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the shipment is treated as a customer-initiated return.

The product will be refunded once received, with outbound shipping costs and any return-to-sender charges deducted from the refund amount.
