SIZING INFORMATION
We currently offer three different sizes: XS/S, M/L and XL/XXL.
We understand that labels like “small” or “XXL” can carry different meanings, but we chose this system to make sizing simple and understandable for customers worldwide. Our focus is on the fit, the feel and adjustability of each piece, rather than what's on the tag. If you’d like a more detailed overview of our product measurements, please refer to the Size Guide on each product page.
We know choosing the right size online can be challenging. To help you get it right the first time, grab a similar garment from your closet and compare the measurements to our Size Guide on each product page.
Since our sizes are paired together (XS/S, M/L, XL/XXL), each style runs intentionally a bit generous for both sizes in the set.
Glad you asked. Our Suni trousers and Esti shorts include a button elastic inside the waistband, which lets you fine-tune the fit to your liking. This way, you can slightly tighten or release it when needed.
Since our sizes are paired together (XS/S, M/L, XL/XXL), each style runs intentionally a bit generous for both sizes in the set. If you fall toward the smaller end of the size range, you can tighten the waistband if needed. If you’re toward the upper end, the fit will feel relaxed yet precise. Our pieces are designed with an oversized fit, but the choice depends on the look and feel you prefer:
- Suni Trousers & Esti Shorts: If you prefer a comfortable fit without adjusting the waist, take the smaller size. If you want flexibility, the ability to wear them higher or lower and adjust the waistband, choose the larger size.
- Galène Blazer: For a slightly more fitted look, take the smaller size. For a relaxed, oversized fit, choose the larger size. Hidden straps inside the sleeves allow you to adjust the length, so even longer sleeves can be shortened to your liking.
- Gaia Shirt: The shirt has a wide, relaxed drape. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up if you like a true oversized fit. The hidden drawstring at the waist lets you create a more defined silhouette if desired.

Our trousers feature a 5 cm / 1.97 inch blind hem for optional lengthening. Please refer to the Size Guide on the product page for inseam lengths.

Yes, we ship within the EU and to select countries outside the EU.
We currently ship to:

The shipping costs depend on the destination of your order. Please refer to the zones below to find the shipping costs to your country.
Zone 1 - €5 - The Netherlands
Zone 2 - €8 - Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg
Zone 3 - £10 - The United Kingdom

We offer free shipping on orders over €250 or the equivalent in your currency.
Yes, for orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply in addition to standard shipping costs. These charges vary depending on the destination country, order value, and local regulations. Your shipping provider may reach out once your items arrive in customs.
We ship under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking the websites of our shipping partners (shown at checkout) for specific details on customs regulations in your country.
We aim to ship your order within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination and carrier.
As a general guide:
- The Netherlands and Belgium: typically 1–2 business days
- Rest of EU: typically 3–7 business days
- Outside the EU: varies by destination and carrier.
We'll do everything we can to ship your order to you as soon as possible. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note that delivery estimates are guidelines only. Holiday periods and carrier delays may extend timelines.
All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We truly hope you love your ROEWS item(s) as much as we do. However, if it’s not quite what you’re looking for, you have 14 days from the time of delivery to request a return.
Please note:
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original state with the tags still attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, however, to reduce the hassle, we will send you a return shipping label via email and deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
- To start a return, please email us at hello@roews.com and copy paste this template into your email.
- Once we receive, inspect, and accept your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order in the size you need. If you need any help choosing the right size, feel free to reach out to us at hello@roews.com.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
PRODUCT & MATERIALS
Absolutely. Every piece in our Debut Collection is designed to work seamlessly together. You can wear them individually or combine matching pieces for a cohesive, monochromatic look.
All of our pieces are produced in Northern Portugal. We chose Portugal because of its high quality production garment production sites and it being close to our homebase. It is is one of the most renowned textile manufacturing hubs in Europe, where culture and tradition coexist with design, innovation and technology.
We want your pieces to last, please always follow the care instructions on the label.
Our Debut Collection is crafted from a soft Lyocell–Cotton blend with a natural sheen. After washing, the surface may appear slightly more matte. This is a normal characteristic of Lyocell and its sand-washed finish. A light press will bring back much of the original smoothness.
Lyocell is naturally antimicrobial and stays fresh longer, so it requires less frequent washing. When needed, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash. Hang to dry. Iron on low heat to restore the fabric’s clean, fluid feel.
We won’t pretend to be fully sustainable. Fashion is one of the most polluting industries in the world, and we know we’re part of that.
We do want to try to reduce the impact of what we make. We produce close to home in Europe, so your clothes don’t travel across the globe before reaching you. We design pieces to last, to adapt, and to stay relevant beyond a single season.
For our Debut Collection, we use a Lyocell–cotton blend (OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified). Lyocell is a biodegradable, closed-loop fiber derived from wood pulp. Some components however, like our blazer lining, are currently 100% polyester. Durable, but not the most conscious option. We know we can do better here.
Looking ahead, we aim to incorporate more deadstock and recycled materials wherever possible. We’re continuously learning, improving, and doing what we can with the resources we have.
